Sorry if this is too munch info but I am worried. I had a pain begin last week and thought it was the base if my spine (Coxyx?). However, after being uncomfortable when moving my bowels I realised it is a tender area/lump a couple of inches inside my rectum. Is this hemorroids? I am seeing my GP next week.
