always had bags under my eyes, family thing although as of late have noticed that one eye underneath there is a raised bit that the other side doesn't have (so much anyway) and is a bit red. a few people have noticed and commented on it including the optomotrist when i had my eyes check the other week (although annoyingly i didn't ask him about it, instead i brushed the comment off saying it was hereditory). it does feel a little uncomfortable (as if swollen) but am aprehensive to go to drs as i feel i will look like a hypercondriac or just vain. has anyone else had this (raised bag under one eye more than the other)
