Hi - does anyone else get an overly full stomach after only having a glass of juice/cup of tea?
In the morning, I go down and before I can function, I have a cup of tea with a little milk. I then take kids to school and come back and get brekkie (30g porridge oats made with water and a tbsp of no fat yog).
So why, after only the one cup of tea, does my stomache feel really full, as though I've just eaten a 3 course meal?
It's the same if I drink a glass of squash in one go.
