How long does this awful virus last !!!

I started feeling like i was stating with a cold tuesday night by Thurday it had floored me and friday i spent asleep all day i have never felt as ill then on top of that i have vomitting and diarrhea and havent eaten or drank much in 48 hours anyone else got similar symtoms :( need to be better by tonight friends have arranged a meal for me and hubby why does it always happen this way !!!!!!

You will not be better by tonight and are still contagious. You will probably start to recover tomorrow and be yourself within another week. Sympathies. All my lot got it a few weeks ago.

You need to rest, eat toast, drink tons of fluids and just let your body recover I'm afraid. Postpone your lovely meal if you can.
