Strange sharp pain right inside - pelvic area?

Any ideas what this could be - strange sharp pains? - enough to make me gasp - not that often - once or twice a day maybe - only momentary with no after-effects. Am rubbish at anatomy, but feels like right inside, well beyond my fanjo.

Have a tendancy to be a bit constipated - could this be causing pressure somewhere - its definitely not in the right area though.

Ideas?

I get these pains and I have been diagnosed with ovarian cyst/s.

I always seem to go going to the GP with little niggles - still that's what they're there for I guess.
Any other suggestions?
