This is what happens when you act like a big kid and play bouncing on the bed
Me and Dh were messing about play fighting and generally acting like 2 year olds when he flipped be backwards and I hurt my back!
Very painfully and I have been told to spend the day in bed (happened last night) Ive pulled some muscle under my sholder blade or something - ouch
Although on the upside, Ive read a book, eaten chocolate and been bought cups of tea!
I am now bored though! Serves me right for jumping on the bed
