yes, def sign of dehydration - also if you pinch the skin on the back of your hand and it doesn't resume it's shape immediately.

Don't let those symptoms continue for too long tho without a checkup as I think it's sign of thyroid problems too.

are you drinking enough? water is best if you feel dehydrated, and if you've got any dioraltye rehydration sachets in, you could have one of those. agree that you should get it checked out.
