my neck!!

dont know what has happened but my neck hurts, when i move it or look up it really really hurts, cant sleep as every movement hurts like hell. any one have any ideas whats wrong?

No but mine does that sometimes and I've no idea why. Not much help but I feel your pain! It then disappears after a couple of days mysteriously :)
