Breast milk and the coil

Hiya, I have just joined mumsnet an can I just say it seems to be a lovely forum!

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct area but I'm sure someone will guide me in the correct place if not!

Basically here is a brief history, my youngest is almost 22 months old, I breastfed him for 4 months and couldn't keep up with him, he was a hungry newborn! I developed mastitis (not sure that's the correct spelling) and my milk dried up no problems... I had the marina coil fitted in November 2010 and so had it just over a year. Last night I noticed both my breasts were producing colostrum... I've only done this when expecting.... I've had 2 periods in the last 8 month and they were extremely light... I have a dr appt to have a check on the coil soon, I'm now thinking I'm pregnant can anyone shed any light on this or am I just a strange case!?! Thanks in advance x

Sometimes milk is produced when too much prolactin hormone is being produced by the body. This can interfere with ovulation. It can be treated with tablets.

So there is a chance that I'm not pregnant then? I really hope I'm not as my fiancé and I are in financial ruin from our youngest... The thought of another is just putting extra pressure on us already!
