Can they be taken together. Dd had some benylin about 8pm but is really struggling with her cough. Can I give her anything else?

is she over the age of 6? Does benylin contain paracetamol or anti-histamines?

She is over 6 and the benylin has anti-histamine in.

then no, I wouldnt give medised as it also contains anti-histamine. You could give paracetamol or ibuprofen. Honey is supposed to soothe throats too. Do you have a simple linctus you could give?

Thanks seona. She kept asking me for more medicine and i was hoping fir a response as the benlyn didnt say what couldnt take too. It's a really tickly cough & keeping her awake. I may try calprofen though her temp doesn't seem too bad. Maybe honey will help with the tickliness?
