Cold remedies in pregnancy? (GOOD ONES)

Hello all, i feel like shite.
My head is just one big stuffy boiling hot mess and all i can find is EXTRE strength flu things i can't take as i'm pregnant.
Any other miracle cures??

lemsip? jut normal ones... paracetamol is ok in pregnancy.
erm, otherwise get a big bowl of very hot water, stick a towel over your head and inhale! the steam should unblock you a bit

echinicea is fine during pregnancy, I have used it fir a cold and for a horrible dose of food poisioning during pregnancy.
(I'm a nutritionist and own a health shop BTW)

also you could take some vitamin C, or a good prenatal multi-vitamin which would probably contain some vitC.

Like NBG, but add a slug of whisky or brandy as well - it's medicinal.
