Is there a virus going round?

Had a sore throt for ten days now and showing no signs of going :-( also ache terribly. Paracetamol and brufen have no effect. No cold or anything like that. I am quite run down and sleep deprived at the mo. ah toddler sleep regressions don't ya just love em :-/ didn't want to want waste a drs time if its a virus that's lingering.

Well, I have been in bed since yesterday morning, with terrible aching, shivers, etc. Feels like a really terrible flu.

Yes, it is going round. I had exactly that last month, it completely knocked me out, just a throat no temp or cold, couldn't get out of bed for two days (and I never usually stay in bed). Even went to the doctor who said lots of people have come down with it.Worse thing is the achy feeling and sore skin I had before and during has not gone away and is driving me nuts. Take care of yourself.

Ing better. Not meant on a horrible way but glad I'm not alone lol. Praying little one sleeps tonight :-/
