Horrible flu - anyone else?

I had been feeling smug about getting through winter without really getting sick, and of course woke up feeling like death today. Dd had a very bad fever over the weekend and I suspect she gave it to me.

I have been feeling so sick - shivers, runny nose, vomiting, pounding headache. The annoying thing is that I had a flu jab before Christmas (my work offers them) but this must be a different strain...

Anyone else feeling really horrible today's?

I don't know that I've got flu (have had the flu jab too so unlikely) but am very ill and on day 9 ...started with shivers, really sore throat, coughing to the point of vomiting, more shivers, now sinusitis. Went to dr today and he says it's sinusitis and bronchitis - got antibiotics. Feel absolutely atrocious and fed up.

There is no point in this post at all except to offer sympathy and seek some for myself.

We all had it 2 weeks ago and felt very grim indeed, as I expect you are.
