Since DC3 my PMS has been much worse, I'm bloated and very irritable shortly post ovulation. i've only had a few cycles but I don't want to go on like this.

Not keen on the pill or coil, could anyone recommend a herbal treatment?

TIA

Vit B or Starflower Oil capsules work wonders for me.

There is an article on hormones and pms in this months Glamour.

They reccommend Angus Castus Support Capsules from naturalhealthpractice.com.

"Angus castus has anti depressent effect and black cohosh and skullcap calm the nervous system easing anxiety and tension"

Its a good article to read, tells you about supplements and diets etc.

St Johns Wort? The sofa a blanket and a very large bar of chocolate Smile

Thanks. How long do they take to work?
Good excuse to buy a magazine, shall pick up Glamour.

PeanutButter, I like your thinking but it's coming on not long after ovulation, it would have to be a large bar of chocolate followed by elasticated waistlines.
