Thrush - where does the yogurt go?

Have had thrush (yet again) since Friday. I bought some over the counter Lloyds Pharmacy equivalent of Canestan tablet. Tried to buy some soothing cream today, cos it can take up to 2 days for tablet to kick in, but pharmacist wouldn't give me anything in case I overdosed. He asked if I was eating enough yogurt, & I said I was (not really, but I will) but me & DH thought I was supposed to be rubbing in the yog, not eating it! Help Confused

You can rub the yogurt on.

Make sure it is live yog

seperate the tub into two dishes

one dish you eat, the other dip a tampon in and insert, then rub what's left in the itchy area.

Make sure DH is checked, you don't want to keep reinfecting eachother
