I have Migraine associated Vertigo and have been thinking of taking Coenzyme Q10( 200-300mg a day) to see if it alleviates the symptoms. Apparently softgel capsules are needed as they are absorbed better but does anyone know a good brand? I have had a look online but the price between brands varies widely - anyone tried Solgar or Doctor's Best?
