Can stitches split nearly three years after a 2nd degree tear?

don't think stitches can.. they'd be gone by now. but i guess if the skin round there was weakened/thin then it could tear again.. if you've been a bit erm, rough?

well it may be worth getting it checked by your GP... just to make sure everything is ok down there!

have you had pain there before? ds is nearly one and i can still feel where the stitches were down there!
