GP or just get on with it

I have a stupid head cold this is week 3, usual sinus congestion/pain, sneezing, ear ache, sore throat, slightly swollen glands, wet cough with a nasal drip so stomach is upset and vomiting after every meal. I almost get better and it is back again. DC have it 2/3 days and then fine. I cannot get rid of it.
Have spent a fortune at chemist and a bit reluctant to spend another Euro 60 at DR if he just says he cannot give me anything antibiotic
I am so tired make a decision for me plse

It's either a sinus infection or just a hangover from the virus. I've just had this virus and I'm still getting some post nasal drip, but it's not making me feel sick any more.

I took paediatric ibuprofen liquid to help the inflammation in the sinuses - helps them drain a bit more easily and also steam inhalations can help.
