Hiya, sounds hard, am in similar situation, dd2 is 18 months and not a good sleeper, her big sister started sleeping at 22 months and has slept well ever since, so there is hope! I work 3 days a week and have to leave house at 6.50am, 1.5 hour commute, is hard.

Chronic sleep deprivation is awful.

Sounds even harder for you with shifts, weekends etc. is there anyone around to give you both a break? We talk about getting our childminder to have the girls for a day and we'll just sleep!

Must be loads of people in similar boat, maybe try the sleep board?
