Is this norovirus? (TMI maybe!)

Saturday I woke up feeling really sick, felt sick all day, then started being sick at about 5pm, was sick every 20 mins for about six hours.
Yesterday felt very weak but better as had stopped being sick.
This morning, got up to go to work and have had to call in sick with really really bad diahorreah (sorry!)
Is this norovirus - seems weird to have sickness one day and diahorreah two days after. . .

Could be a virus, could be food poisoning. There's no way of telling, unless someone else becomes ill, then the timing might give you a clue.

Not all vomitting viruses are norovirus anyway.

Sounds like it to me, plus it is norovirus season. People are dropping like flies at the mo. I would treat it as if it were just in case you are contagious. Hand wash like a maniac and stay off work until 72 hours post your last 'episode'.
