I was a big brave girl today....

I had TWO root fillings done

I had valium and also 5 sessions of hypnotherapy to help me

I didn't shake or swear or cry or anything

and my mouth hurts now

Bet it's a relief to get it over and done with, try your regular painkillers for your sore mouth.
