My 18 month old has gone a bit wobbly and had chicken pox about 4 weeks ago. I have heard it is related is that true - she has only been like it for a couple of days but was previously very steady.

Complications of chickenpox are rare in healthy children but occasionally there can be inflammation of part of the brain responsible for balance (cerebellum), which results in unsteadiness (ataxia). Full recovery normally occurs
my babe has not had chicken pox yet. hope he feels better soon. I would keep a wee eye on it and if not better soon, off to the gp with you!!!
