So I'm sat in a meeting with my manager and after about 45 minutes I got this scratchy feeling in my throat and started coughing and couldn't stop. Went out side for a five mins and it stopped and so I went back in and in less than a min and it started again.
Now the room was quite warm but what bothers me is it felt like hayfever but without the sneezing and I had blotchy patches on my throat and chest.
Do you think this could be an allergic reaction?
