ibuprofen and sinus releif tablets at same time?????

I took some ibuprofen for a sore back this morning but now
I have also got a sinus headache had these loads before so know
the only thing to help will be the sinus relief tablets.
Has anyone taken things like this together before.
Cannot find anywhere that says it is ok, all it says is don't take other paracetemol tablets as that is already in the sinus tablets.

I would wait for four hours, just in case. Should be fine after this time.

yes going to wait as cannot find anything that says I can do it.
