Can the MMR cause Diarrhoea?

DS2 had the MMR etc 10 days ago.
I expected the usual temperature, runny nose and grizzles which appeared 4 days afterwards. However it was accompanied by frankly violent diarrhoea the other symptoms have gone but the diarrhoea is worsening.
He is not showing signs of being dehydrated, but is looking pale and unwell.

Has anyone else experienced similar with their DC or is it just coincidence?

Poor chap, sorry I can't quite remember! (Am not very interested in bottoms)
But it has to be coincidence sometimes, and caused by immune system reaction other times, I presume either could be true.
Hope he perks up soon. If he's had diarrhoea that long he should really see a GP, I am pretty sure.

Am about going to the GP, he has it for 8 days when he was 9/10 months but I was told as long as he was drinking then up to two weeks is fine.
