Just writing because I am having headaches every day, not sure the last time I had a day free with out one! I'm only 21 and I am 27 weeks pregnant with DS2, I have been having headaches since way before pregnancy. I haven't got one allll day it comes and goes, I have had my eyes tested and its 20/20 vision. It does change position, like today its on my left/top, yesterday was right/back. Any ideas? I am a worryier as it is so have frequent visits to GP, I'm terrible I always go over the smallest thing, but one thing I haven't been about is my headaches,I really don't want to seem like a hypochondriac to them.

is it possible you grind your teeth in your sleep? The dentist might notice wear or perhaps your dp has picked up on it.

Sinus problems?

No sinus problems, been dentists everything is fine, no DP hasn't heard anything

I had a lot of headaches growing up and was tested for all sorts of things that, thankfully, all came beack negative.

They turned out to be stress/anxiety-related. I was a terrible worrier and worrying about the headaches made them worse.

Dehydration can cause headaches, too.

I do lead quite a stressed life, DS1 is 2 and a half, I am a full time mum as well as working one day a week, and studying to be a paramedic, 27 weeks pregnant, constantly arguing and feeling unhappy with partner.feel very down within myself, unbelievably low self esteem. I drink plenty of water.
