Travel insurance for asthmatics

Not entirely sure if this belongs on here but ...

Ds and I are both asthmatic. Going on holiday to India. Want to make sure we have full insurance cover - do we need to declare this as a pre-existing medical condition?

Yes. We've always declared our asthma. Dd has regular admissions with her asthma and is now on a whole host of regular meds so we use a specialist company for her but mine and DS's is just regular asthma and we've never had a problem with insurance.
