Smelly cold, sorry tmi.............

I've got a heavy cold and cough, nothing new there. But normally with a cold the mucus is just, well, snotty - this time it smells! When I blow my nose I'm getting a nice tissue full of yuck, and I can smell a horrible metallicy smell. Normal catarrh do you reckon?

Probably sinusitis which can last about a week. I had the lovely smell of fresh vomit when I had it but I am sure there are all sorts of delicate aromas. Not a lot you can do except for steam inhalations with menthol etc or even decongestents.
