That's it really! My thyroid eye disease has flared up again and doc has booked me in for weekly IV steroids for the next 6-8 weeks. I have looked up side effects and unsurprisingly am now more than a bit apprehensive. I'm a bit of a hyper person anyway (even when my thyroid is under control) so am really concerned that they are just going to make me manic (particularly in relation to dealing with 2 kids and work). Has anyone had this treatment and can you share your experiences?
