I've had an intermittent pulsing pain on my right side midcycle off and on for years but its been more frequent since my last period in Nov, can occur at any time and wakes me up most nights (I sleep on that side).
Blood tests confirm I'm perimenopausal and there was a 3.6cm cyst when I was scanned so waiting for a repeat scan to see if its got any bigger. GP doesn't think the pain is consistent with the size of the cyst and has prescribed colofac but I wouldn't say I have any bowel probs.
Does anyone else have/had similar symptoms?
