Can anybody tell me of a good routine to get my back into shape post delivery?
I have never had any back problems, everything was fine even during pregnancy, but with the delivery itself, the increased boob weight and the carrying of my DS (15 weeks), my middle to lower back is suffering.
At the moment i am bf-ing on demand so, although I plan to take up yoga or pilates once he goes onto solids, I need to start working on my back asap doing something at home. Any advide on good exercises I can do on my own?
