I had my third child just over a year ago and since have had real problems reaching orgasm (on my own as well as with partner) and can't even orgasm in my sleep (used to happen a lot Blush ) or when it does happen (in my sleep) it's really faint... This makes me think it's physical rather than psychological.

I had a vaginal delivery which took a long time and he was a big baby, can that cause nerve damage somehow??!!

You need to start doing your pelvic floors religiously. I had the same problem but a couple of months of proper pelvic floor exercises and it is fine now.

I have been doing them for a year! Sad

I think you should go and see your GP and get them to refer you to a physio to check out your pelvic floor and make sure you're doing the exercises most effectively- if it's not that then they can take it from there.
My GP did recommend the cones if I felt my pf exercises weren't that effective.
