Sore breasts on the implant??

Hi,

I have had my implant for very nearly 3 years now and have had really sore boobs for the past week! They haven't really hurt before and i'm now getting slightly concerned that the implant has become less effective and i could be pregnant. My periods have been messed up since being on this so can't really tell if i'm late. The implant is due to be replaced in 1 month.

Does anybody have any experience on whether the chances of the implant failing are higher towards the end of the 3 years, or if this might just be a normal hormonal thing?

Sorry I have only just seen this and it is probably sorted by now.

My implants are 4 1/2 years old now and I still sometimes get booby pain in one sometimes both but usually my right.

I have overs but I do wonder if exercise/weight/stress etc can sometimes cause pain.

It just reminds me of the pain I had when they were first put in. Intense and sharp anything from minutes to hours, then it subsides.

How did you get on?
