Started Cilest on day one of my period, had my normal bleed which would normally last 5-6 days and then began this dark brown-type blood. Not in huge quantities but enough to need a pad. This has been going on for 3-4 days along with dull pains similar to menstrual cramps.
I had no problems like this with microgynon or marvelon pre-dc but did have a lot of breakthrough bleeding with depo. Any advice? Normal? Should I persevere for a few packets to see if it subsides, I know its only early days or should I see the gp?
