Bugger - spot in me fanflaps

I've just noticed a spot brewing down there. If it's like the ones I've had a couple of times before it's going to hurt like buggeration isn't it? Is there anything I can do to stop it growing?

Oh is no-one interested in my spot? It's probably going to grow a head, may need popping? Can't I tempt anyone?

well what do you w ant us to do ?

suggest bathing in hot water or applying some sort of soothing cream?

I advise mirror, bright light and totally un sterilised needle. many hours of fun ahead

Sympathies. Hot flannel method does not work down there IME. Hot salty bath for several hours?
