Thats it really.
Not alot but they never used to before, only when I was pregnant. (I have checked and I am definitely not!)
It only happens when I press down and its like a clear, yellowy liquid. Much more from my left, very little on the right. Its been going on for a few months now. Any ideas as to what it could be? Should I get checked out? I'm 23 and have a 4yo ds.

You may still have a hormonal imbalance causing mild lactation. I had this until DS2 was about 3 years old. It was diagnosed by an osteopath (whom I happened to mention this symptom to whilst undergoing other treatment) and confirmed by GP. I had an osteopathic treatment to help with hormone balance and not had a problem since.

I realise that does sound bonkers but it's amazing who can give you the answers you seek sometimes!

Having said this, I would go see your GP and get them to confirm whether or not you are still lactating.

Definitely get it checked out. I had this and it was diagnosed as duct ectasia, which is when the lining of the ducts breaks down slightly and leaks fluid. I had it on both sides. Perfectly harmless. But it is more usual in much older women, so you should get it checked.

I was sent for a mammogram because I had discharge from my breast. I had gone to the doctor with a cough and she noticed this, I didn't have a clue that this was a warning sign. Anyway, I got the all clear, but yes, you do need to get this checked out.
