Muscle spasm after accident

Sorry, another thread about my crash!

Had a car crash yesterday. Whiplash, but nothing broken, A&E did X-rays. Today, very sore back and neck, headache gone.

This evening, my upper arm has been in spasm constantly. I can feel it from the outside with my other hand. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Thanks :)

I'd pop and see a chiropractor Loopy. They can work wonders. Whiplash can be quite serious and can affect the muscles in the neck/shoulders.

Ok. I suspect he'll/she'll tell you to rest and take some ibuprofen.

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas/yule as well. Xmas Smile

Can't take ibuprofen. :)

Arnica is good for healing muscles, the health food shop in the town tried to overcharge me by £10 when we went in there though so watch their charges.
