Extreme tiredness :-(

I have been bleeding vaginally for a few weeks now, although I am not anaemic I am very, very tired indeed.....ALL the time!!! :-(

I have had bloods done which shows some abnormal liver results (AST and ALT) My GP said to wait 2 weeks and to go back, they will check the levels again and, if necessary, do some full liver screens (check for hepatitis etc)

My problem is the extreme tiredness I am experiencing and I was wondering if anyone had been through this and could suggest anything to help. I am literally so tired, I could cry :-(

Poor you! Why are you bleeding so much? Have they checked that out? Are you sleeping ok? Diet ok? Checked thyroid?
Hoping someone more helpful comes along soon!

Low Ferritin? It is iron storage and goes low before you actually are aneamic, but causes similar symptoms - or thyroid?
