is it not free just now?

after my last pg i used ww at home - you send them a cheque for £50 or so and they send you everything you need for 12 weeks (works out cheaper than going to classes) and you do everything at home yourself. you can use the website if you need help or support

im not really one for going to classes, so was great for me, and it really worked, i lost 20lb

check out the website for more info

and good luck

also forgot to say, they say it lasts 12 weeks but you can do it for much much longer than that. you just keep going, you dont need the specific journal or anything, like they say you do

so works out a lot cheaper if you do that

I have a coupon out of the paper that says

Register Free
08457123000

before 18th feb.

It does say to bring the coupon with you to your first meeting but maybe you could call them and say you lost is and see if they will send another one?
