Odd stomach ache

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this for me.

c 2 weeks before my period, I get an odd stomach ache; around and above my tummy button. It kind of feels like my insides are bruised iyswim. I get all bloated as well, and a bit windy!! It is really quite uncomfortable.

Anyone else had./have this??

It sounds like ovulation pains to me, they can be quite painful for a good few hours, I find a hot water bottle helpful if they are really bad.
