hi i recently gave birth two months ago. it was a natural birth but with forceps so suffered a pretty bad tear. the bleeding finished after about 5 6 weeks but tonight i got pretty horrific abdominal cramps. i thought it was maybe my period coming back as when i wiped after going to the loo there was light pink blood. but after getting up in the night to the toilet and seeing the bleeding had stopped Im a little concerned. plus i am breastfeeding exclusively so i dont know whether that could play a part. i am supposed to be getting the implant put in today so i will mention it to my doctor but was just curious if anyone else had experienced anything like this.
