Phantom periods?

Tonight I've got horrible pain like when I used to have periods across my back and abdomen. Anyone else get phantom periods? Have contraceptive implant and haven't had a period in years. Might not be related to Implanon at all I guess. Also got PCOS. Anyone else get phantom periods?

i have endometriosis and also havent had any periods in years but yes i do get them and find myself taking medication to stop the horrible cramping! and apparently there is nothing to stop it. if it does continue though i would defo go see a doctor as you already have an underlying condition it could be its way of saying 'hey im still here' or maybe not, i hope you feel better soon x
