On the pill. Take 3 packs back to back normally as have endometriosis. This is my third pack and pretty much since I started it I have been bleeding. I am in awful form, tired, irritable, can't stop eating etc. Also, cried for an hour this morning for no real reason...

Any advice? Please Smile

Sounds horrid, have a hug! Perhaps you should see your GP or call NHS direct.

The gp will only see me if I say it's an emergency. Anyone got any thoughts on what could be going on?

Hi not sure what is going on but I would see a doctor. You can say it's an emergency, as it is as it's worrying for you. Sometimes these things happen and there's no real reason but it's worth having your mind put at rest.

Hope you feel better soon. Put your feet up if you can with a hot water bottle < hugs >

I've also got endometriosis. Had the mirena coil fitted at the end of May this year. Been on the pill since August, gradually reducing from three a day. Now been on one a day since the beginning of this month, and pain and bleeding are coming back. Don't know whether to increase the pill, or go back to the doctor. (Pain and bleeding not nearly as bad as before coil fitted, but I'm worried it's heading back that way.) Seem to be back on the painkillers as well.

Go to see the doctor so you're not worrying over Christmas. It is an emergency to you and if anyone asks just say you think you may have an infection (you might have - who knows?)

Fisharefriendsnotmincepies · 18/12/2011 22:36

I've been passing sizable clots, and lots of cramping. Sad

Stopped the pill mid pack which has brought on heavier period bleed. The clots were much bigger and worse than ever experienced before. Not sure if I should try to see doc tomorrow

I'd go to docs. I'm now 5 1/2 weeks into a bleed after having none for 6 years, also on pill. Went to doc as an emergency who couldn't have been more understanding(also large clots and heavy) doc said it can happen on certain pills. You'll only worry if it continues, go to docs.
