Wtf was that?

Started bleeding last night as forgot to take a few pills, just been loo and wiped and what looks like a miniature cord was on the paper. Any ideas? Sorry for the tmi.

Is this your period you're referring to? If so it was likely just a small blood clot. These can form in the menstrual flow if it has pooled somewhere (i.e. in the vaginal canal or cervix), for example if you've been sitting or laying down for a while. They are very common and nothing to worry about.
