Anaemia? Or random low-grade virus?

For about five days now I've had near-constant mild, sometimes bad, nausea - not unlike morning sickness but am definitely not pg. Also mild headache, occasionally worsening to stabbing pain between eyes when I bend over. Often freezing, like made-of-ice will-never-be-warm-again freezing. Ache all over/stiff like I've been beaten up - have dodgy hip which accounts for some of it and thought I was just sore from hefting nigh-on 20lb DS around but this is ridiculous. Whinge whinge. Basically feel like shit.

Could it be anaemia? Am physically tired but not falling-asleep tired iyswim. Levels were ok while pg but eat v little red meat (DH is veggie) and tandem feeding 18 wk old + 3 yr old.

NAK, sorry!

Do you feel low/depressed?
Just asking cause I have anaemia and this is one of the main things me and my GP pick up on along with tiredness, being breathless, lacking motivation, general feeling of "can't be bothered to do stuff" (everything feels like an effort).
Although the level of how bad you get these would depend on how bad the anaemia is. (If it is anaemia)
If you feel like how I have described it might be worth a visit to your doctor.
HTH.
