I am 12 weeks pregnant and really suffering with cold and allergies to everything, resulting in constant blocked/runny nose and sneezing!! I went to Holland & Barratt who recommended Eyebright supplements? They said that they had no warning signs against it for pregnancy on there books but it says consult a doctor before use on the packaging as all the products do anyway?! Eyebright is supposed to be really effective with colds and allergies and seems a brilliant solution but when I researched it says there is not enough research into it and to avoid in case. Im now scared to take it! Does anyone know anything about it and if it is safe, or has any other tips????????
