I don't drink tea or coffee and while pg i gave up all caffiene about 20 mths ago. Anyway I was out with my Mum and she ordered a cappuchino (sp?) and the waitress gave us 2 instead. I thought what the hell and drank it.

Well it was like a drug (I drink alcohol so I could compare it to that). I spent the whole evening on a high. I couldn't shut up and also had the shakes. It felt so good I actually thought I have been missing out on a perfectly legal easily available drug.

I have never smoked but as I said before I have been know to get rat-arsed on many an occassion so I am not a light weight.

Anyone else had strange experience with caffiene?

It is a drug! Anything that alters the normal function of a human is a drug!

(and I love it )

Nothing is addictive as chocolate tiffin though.

It honestly had a more powerful effect on me than a couple of glasses of wine. Do you think I should start drinking it? It would really set me uo for the day.

hell no! fags are way more addictive.

But that effect would not last if you were drinking it everyday. I have a few very powerful expressos everyday and they do not affect me that way. However, as I don't drink alcohol, it only takes half a glass of wine to get me feeling the way you describe.

Isn't that the same with every drug though. the more you have the less impact it has. I think I will ration it so that when I really need it i get the kick.
