Mid-cycle pain since coing-off pill

Hi, I came off the pill 3 months ago to prepare to TTC DC3. Ever since I have experienced awful period like cramps in the middle of my cycle. I thought they could be related to ovulation but they go on for 5 days plus so I think this is unlikely. Periods are regular, normal length and relatively painless and smears up to date. Lucky to have had 2 healthy pregnancies in the past. Can't understand it, is it just my body adjusting to being off the pill?

I get pains for a couple of days when I'm ovulating. My abdo also swells up for a few hours. Give it a bit longer to see if it settles down.
