I have had gynea (sp?) symptoms for years after a bodged miscarriage which became infected. I have been to GP many many times and they can find nothing wrong.
I had the coil fitted 2years ago and since then it's been ok although the discharge has continued and af does not seem to have got much lighter. Over the past few months the discharge has changed to a yellow colour and got heavier. I also have abdo pain about where the right ovary is, which comes and goes. I cannot predict when af is likely to arrive. This month I had strong back pain a couple of days before af. It was on one side and it is a new symptom for me. It has faded a bit now but is still there.
I cannot bear the thought of going back to GP yet again and going through all that indignity of for nothing.
I am contemplating asking for a hysterectomy just for all this to go away :-(
