Do I need a Dr, or a optician?

Am getting terrible headaches about an hour into a computer session. Am a SAHM who occasionally does some freelance work, so it's not a daily thing, but it's horrid.

Have never had glasses/any eye issues, so not sure whether this is an eye thing, or something else

Any thoughts?

optician first and if they find something wrong with your eyes (other than needing glasses) they will write to your gp

i would go to optician first so atleast that can ruled out. Dr would probably point you in that direction first anyway.

I started finding I had a headache every day when I left work (as soon as I saw the outside world....) and its been totally fixed by getting glasses for the first time in my life. Opticians will also check a number of "eye health" issues as part of the examination, so they'd spot if there was something weird going on and tell you to go to the GP.

So I'd agree - optician first.

Would also say optician initially.

optician. if something is up, they will refer you to the opthalmigist?
